Our receptionists will help you to make your appointment. They
may have to ask you to give them some information to ensure that
you are given an appropriate appointment and that the surgeries run
smoothly. All information is treated with strict confidentiality.
Please check in with the touch screen check-in system or in cases of difficulty or query with a receptionist when you arrive for your appointment. The doctors try to keep to time, but some patients’
problems will inevitably take more time than others. Please be
sympathetic if you can and come prepared for a short wait.
Appointments can be made either by calling in at the surgery or by telephoning 9332436. The surgery has an auto attendant telephone system. Please listen carefully to the options. If you have a life threatening medical emergency press 1 otherwise please continue to listen for the option required, or hold for your call to be answered by a receptionist.
