YOU CAN DO THIS BY:
- Contacting Group Members in your area
- Posting ideas addressed to a Group Member in the Yellow Box on reception desk
- E-mailing ideas to jan.kelly@gp-K81027.nhs.uk who will pass them to the patient group for you
