DISPENSARY  
The Surgery has its own Dispensary, manned by qualified Dispensers.
The Dispensary is open from:
9 am - 12.30 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm on Monday
9 am - 12.30 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm Tuesday to Friday
for dispensing prescriptions issued during surgery consultations to patients who live further than one mile from any chemist. We also dispense to temporary residents.

Please use this number for all enquiries concerning medication. Dispensers will liaise with patients own Doctor where necessary. Please do not use this number to order your repeat medication.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
Repeat prescriptions can be obtained by:

    Please be ready with the following information:
    1. Patient number (if you have a computer slip)
    2. Full name
    3. Address (if you do not have a computer slip)
    4. Details of items required

  3. Using letterboxes located outside surgery or in the porch

Please allow two full working days, excluding weekends, before collection of repeat prescriptions.

Note: You will be requested to make an appointment with the Doctor or Nurse at regular intervals to review your medication. Please remember to make this appointment in plenty of time, before your medication runs out.
